Choosing BricsCAD Ultimate comes down to whether your work genuinely needs both BIM and Mechanical. We want to understand how your team actually works and recommend a single edition if that is the better fit. If Ultimate does make sense, you will know why before you buy it.
By purchasing through NORI CAD, you will also be a dedicated account manager who understands your setup and is available to help with licensing, support and future requirements from our UK team.
A subscription is £1,060 per year, three years is £2,856, and a perpetual licence is £2,376 as a one-off. All prices exclude VAT. Perpetual includes maintenance for the first year, after which you renew maintenance to keep receiving updates.
Yes. Mechanical and BIM bought separately come to £1,822 a year, against £1,060 for Ultimate. That is £762 a year saved, or 42%. On perpetual licences it is £4,092 against £2,376, which works out at the same 42%.
Everything in all four editions. The 2D toolset from Lite, 3D modelling, parametric modelling, rendering and point clouds from Pro, sheet metal and assemblies from Mechanical, and IFC and BIM classification from BIM. Nothing is held back and there is nothing to add on later.
Only if your work genuinely spans two disciplines. If most of your week sits in one and you touch the other occasionally, buy that edition instead and save the difference. Tell us roughly how a normal month divides and we will give you a straight answer.
Yes. A perpetual licence is £2,376 as a one-off purchase and it is yours to keep. That is £480 less than three years of subscription, and it does not stop working at the end of them.
Yes, Ultimate is licensed per seat like every other edition. If you need several, or a network licence that floats across the office, call us and we will price it properly rather than multiplying the single-seat figure.
Yes. You pay the difference between the edition you have and Ultimate. From Mechanical that is £178 a year, and from BIM it is £120. Speak to your account manager and they will arrange it.
