How to Fillet Entities in BricsCAD

Filleting Two Entities or Polyline Segments

  1. Launch FILLET. You’re prompted to select the first entity, or choose fillet Settings…, Polyline, Radius, Trim, Undo, or Multiple.
  2. Choose Radius. You’re prompted for the fillet radius.
  3. Type a value; you’re prompted again to select the first entity, now showing the new radius.
  4. Select the first entity or polyline segment. You’re prompted to select the second entity (hold Shift while selecting to create a corner instead).
  5. Select the second entity or polyline segment; the fillet is created.

Filleting All Vertices of a Polyline

  1. Launch FILLET. You’re prompted to select the first entity, or choose an option including Polyline.
  2. Choose Radius. You’re prompted for the fillet radius.
  3. Type a value; you’re prompted again, now showing the new radius.
  4. Choose Polyline. You’re prompted to select a 2D polyline to fillet.
  5. Select the polyline; every vertex fillets.

When filleting a polyline, you can fillet just the segments between two selected ones, or the entire polyline at once.
